Your use of the Anyfish Limited website and by placing an order with Anyfish Limited you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by UK law.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Web site.
We’re a small team and are usually making products, wrapping and dispatching orders so the best way to get hold of us is via email to email@example.com. If you do need to speak to us on the phone we can be contacted on 01489 896111. If your call is regarding advertising or any other B2B sales, we operate a strict email only contact policy.
HOW TO ORDER
Please note that we only deliver orders within a 10 mile radius of our Bishops Waltham shop unless otherwise agreed prior to ordering.
Orders can be taken via the website, in the shop or over the phone.
Select the items you want to buy and click ‘add to basket’, your items will be added to your shopping basket. To see all your purchases together or when you have all the items you want, click ‘view basket’. You can remove items by clicking ‘remove’, next to the item and then click ‘update order total’ Once everything in your basket is correct, click ‘go to checkout’. You then choose the delivery address and will be advised of the shipping costs. You will need to select your method of payment. When you have placed your order you will receive an email to confirm your order with us. Your confirmation order will detail the products you have ordered, however this is automatic confirmation and and does not guarantee we shall be able to meet your order, if there are any problems we will advise you as soon as possible by email.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org including the following
Customer name, Order number, Date of order
We accept payment by most major credit or debit use PaymentSense or you can pay by BACS or cash on delivery. If payment is made by BACS we recommend that you let us know the payment has been made as we need check our bank account before dispatching your order. Payment can be made online using our secure server facilities, and made using either Visa, Mastercard. We use the PaymentSense Secure Payments System as our payment gateway. We DO NOT store your credit card details, these are processed by PaymentSense.
Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure that the items listed on the site are available, on rare occasions, stock advertised on the site may sell out before it can be removed (as we also sell on in the shop). We will off course inform you as soon as possible when such instances occur.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do our best to remove items that are out of stock from the Anyfish Limited website, however some out stock items will on occasion remain listed.
The prices shown on Anyfish Limited website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£). Anyfish Limited takes great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time and without notice. The total cost of your order is the price of the item plus delivery charge. In the event that a price is incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale and cancel your order.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
All weights/volumes are metric. All Anyfish ready meals may vary slightly.
The Anyfish Limited website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis – we make no guarantee that our website will be error free, or be available on an uninterrupted basis. We shall not be held responsible to you if we are unable to provide any of our internet services to you for any reasons outside our control. Unless we are negligent, we shall not be responsible for any loss you may incur, loss or destruction of data or any other loss you may incur from the use of our internet based services. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website – or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration to your transmissions, or data in circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event that Anyfish Limited is held liable under these terms and conditions our maximum liability to you shall be the cost of the product(s) purchased by you.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Anyfish, please call or email us within 24hrs of delivery.
Please give us a few days process your refund once we’ve received the goods back. If purchased by a card payment the refund will be credited to the appropriate card account. If we hold your email address we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your card, otherwise we contact you by telephone.
If payment was made by cash, BACS or cheque we will made the refund by a similar method.
FAULTY GOODS POLICY
If on receipt you find the goods faulty then please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 24hrs. We will exchange or give a full refund.

All designs, images, logos, graphics, photography, text as displayed on our website are protected under copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing and recording an order with us. Anyfish Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others – if you feel that we have infringed your own intellectual property, please inform us as soon as possible.

A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your credit card details.
