Our charter fishing boat Dotty gets her stamp of approval...

Ahoy there! As we're heading towards the summer holidays, we've been making sure our charter fishing boat, Dotty, is spruced up, finely tuned and fully kitted out, all ready for hiring out for charter fishing boat trips around the (hopefully) sunny Solent seas.

Dotty's a 10m fishing boat, emblazoned with smart signage and a family of fish so she's easy to spot whilst out and about... We always keep her thoroughly cleaned and polished so she's navy standard and super-shiny - all ready to set sail.

In addition to swabbing the decks and stocking the ship's locker with all the necessary fishing tackle, we've also put Dotty through her paces safety-wise and she's been given the official stamp of approval from the MCA (Maritime & Coastguard's Agency). Brilliant news.

Sporty Dotty is coded by the MCA as a cat.4 boat which means we're allowed to venture 20 miles from the nearest safe haven and we're officially approved to carry up to 8 people on board. That means that there's plenty of scope for taking her out for a full day's fishing and a chance to venture into some excellent fishing spots.

We're also members of the PCA (Professional Charter Association) so we're fully clued up about the latest safety rules and regulations so you can rest assured that we take the utmost care of all our crew.

We're all ready to launch plenty of day trips, charter cruises, pootles around Hamble and excursions to the Isle of Wight. If you've got a special birthday coming up, you're in charge or organising a Stag doo or you'd like family day out just enjoying the great outdoors then why not give us a call to find out more?

For anniversary days out, fun fishing trips or just something a little bit different, our charter boat trips can make some special memories. Find out more about the detail here and read about one of our recent day trips here.

Booking a day out on Dotty is easy. Just give us us a call on 01489 896111 or 07860 920007 or drop us a line at pete@anyfish.co.uk to ask questions, check availability or book a trip - and leave the rest to us. There's lots of fun to be had.
